Biochemistry course aims to provide the preclinical student with 

 thorough understanding for the different classes ,functions and understanding the metabolism  of different biomolecules including lipids, carbohydrates, proteins and nucleic acids.
Also knowing the related diseases and disorders  to these Biomolecules
