Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Biotechnology

This course will focus on the basic principles of the Artificial intelligence (AI), with an overview on the recent Machine learning and Deep learning applications in Biotechnology. Students will go through multiple open source toolkit for Artificial neural network construction, protein 3D structure prediction, and simulations for microbial evolution using smart algorithms.
